In addition, mouse based input also works and there upper-case symbols are typed by holding Shift button on the physical keyboard while clicking on symbol.

The purpose of this Virtual Keyboard is to let a person input Cyrillic text - while on a computer without system support for Cyrillic typing - exactly the same way s/he types at her/his own computer, that is
each person chooses here the same layout (standard or phonetic) that s/he uses while working on her/his own computer with system keyboard.
